There’s plenty of shuffling in the latest High School Football America Georgia Top 25 powered by NFL Play Football. While there’s a complete shuffle between No. 2 and No. 15, last week’s twenty-five teams in the statewide rankings are the same twenty-five in this week’s rankings created with our proprietary algorithm.

Pulling-in behind No. 1 Buford, which is on a bye week this week, is Collins Hill. This week, the Eagles, who picked-up a forfeit victory last week, will host an out-of-state opponent in Mississippi’s Greenville Christian. The Saints are currently ranked No. 112 in the High School Football America national rankings and are the defending Mid-South Association of Independent Schools 3A champs.

Collins Hill is currently ranked No. 51 in the High School Football America 100 national rankings.

This week’s spotlight game will be between Westlake, which jumps 11 spots this week to No. 4 after upsetting former No. 2 Colquitt County on the road. The Lions will be on the road again this week against No. 11 Creekside.

Creekside is coming-off a bye week after upsetting defending 7A champ Grayson two weeks ago.

Another head-to-head in the Top 25 features No. 7 Walton at No. 13 Brookwood.

This week’s game between No. 25 Valdosta has Bainbridge has been cancelled due to COVID-19 protocols inside Valdosta’s program.
