A week after losing to Loyola Academy, Mount Carmel (Chicago) turned things around with a 24-21 over No. 5 Marist. Jack Butcher caught three touchdowns in the Caravan’s victory, which moves MC from No. 6 to No. 5 in the latest High School Football America Illinois Top 10.

This week, Marist, which fell one spot to No. 6 in the latest statewide rankings, jumps right back into the fire this coming weekend when it plays No. 4 Nazareth Academy.
