Only one change in the latest High School Football America Illinois Top 10 as Huntley moves into the rankings, created with our proprietary algorithm, at No. 10 after beating former No. 10 Cary-Grove 41-32 last Friday.  Coming into the game, Cary-Grove had only allowed 54 total points.
