It is a steady week in the High School Football America Kentucky Top 10 with no changes in the statewide rankings heading into Week 4. This week, features the annual showdown between defending 6A champ Trinity and St. Xavier. The two are ranked No. 1 and No. 6 respectively in our latest rankings created with our proprietary algorithm.
The Trinity/St. X rivalry began in 1956 and since then the two Louisville schools have met 86 times, many times twice in the season, since the statewide playoffs began. Trinity leads the all-time series 46-38-2 after last season’s 35-3 victory.
