We chug into the second round of the 2017 postseason with four head-to-head match-ups within the High School Football America Ohio Top 25 that is created with our proprietary algorithm.
No. 2 St. Edward will take-on No. 11 Mentor, whose only loss this year was at the hands of top-ranked St. Ignatius. And, speaking of the No. 1 team, the Wildcats will face No. 23 Euclid in the second round of the Division I playoffs. If both St.’s win, the arch-rivals will play in the state quarters two weeks from now. The two closed-out the regular season with St. Ignatius, ranked No. 10 in our Top 100, beating St. Ed 17-10. St. Ed is No. 24 in our national rankings.

The third Top 25 match-up features No. 12 Centerville taking-on No. 13 Pickerington North. The winner of that game will face the winner of No. 5 Pickerington Central and No. 14 Hilliard Bradley.
New to the Top 100 this week is Anderson at No. 25. Anderson plays No. 7 Winton Woods in the Division II second round.
