On this edition of High School Football America, host Jeff Fisher talks with Dax McGregor, who less than a year ago, suffered a traumatic brain injury during an 8-Man high school football game in Southern California. McGregor, who played at Cornerstone Christian, has not only recovered from the injury that nearly cost him his life, but he’s trying to return to the field as a kicker.
Also on is Chris Hughes of CarolinaPreps.com. Chris talks about North and South Carolina football.
The final guest on the show is Justin Zank, the head football coach at Voznesenka High School in Alaska. This tiny school only has 38 students in the high school, but they have enough players to put an 11-man program on the field. The Cougars are “the smallest” team in America playing 11-man football.
