Let the fun begin in the High School Football America Sacramento Top 20 that is created with our proprietary algorithm.  Sierra Foothill League play opened over the weekend and with six of the league’s seven teams in our regional rankings, the league champ will probably end-up as the No. 1 team in our rankings at the end of the regular season.

Granite Bay moves-up one spot this week to No. 3 after taking-down Del Oro last weekend.  This week, Granite Bay will square-off with top-ranked Folsom, which is ranked No. 9 in our California Top 25.  Also this week, No. 4 Del Oro will try to bounce-back from the Granite Bay loss when it faces No. 20 Nevada Union.

In the Delta League this week, No. 10 Sheldon plays No. 12 Franklin, No. 11 Monterey Trail takes-on No. 19 Pleasant Grove and No. 13 Grant faces No 14 Elk Grove.
