We’re one week away from a possible rematch between defending state champs Bingham and East.
No. 1 Bingham, ranked No. 17 in the current High School Football America Top 100 national rankings, faces Herriman in the 6A semifinals Friday. East, ranked No. 2 in the High School Football America Utah Top 10, plays No. 4 Lone Peak in the other semifinal. The Leopards, who are playing in 6A this year after winning two straight 4A titles, are ranked No. 33 in the nation.

A win by both would set-up a rematch of the regular season game won by Bingham 48-17 on August 25.
In the 5A semis, No. 3 Corner Canyon plays No. 7 Skyridge, while No. 8 Springville takes-on No. 10 Lehi. Both games will be played Thursday at Rice Eccles Stadium.
In the 4A semis, No. 5 Orem faces No. 6 Sky View on Friday at Rice Eccles, while No. 9 Mountain Crest plays Stansbury on Thursday.
