Hoover will head into the postseason ranked No. 2 in the High School Football America Alabama Top 10, powered by NFL Play Football. The Bucs climb three spots in the latest rankings after beating Thompson 9-0 for the 7A Region 3 title. The loss dropped the three-time defending 7A state champs from No. 2 to No. 4 in the latest rankings created with our proprietary algorithm.

Gardendale re-enters the Top 10 after knocking-off Mountain Brook 29-28. The Rockets No. 9 this week. Mountain Brook falls from No. 7 to No. 10.
