Hough sits at No. 1 after the first two weeks of the 2022 high school football season. The Huskies are 1-1 after a season-opening loss to South Carolina-power Dutch Fork and a 34-6 defeat of Mooresville.

Preseason No. 1 and defending 4A champ Cardinal Gibbons tumbles to No. 4 after back-to-back losses to Chambers and New Jersey-power Bergen Catholic, No. 5 in the HSFA 300 national rankings, powered by NFL Play Football.

Chambers is at No. 2. After beating Cardinal Gibbons 28-14, the Cougars lost to Virginia’s Highland Springs 26-20.
