New Jersey and Pennsylvania high school football heavyweights will battle Friday night in Ramsey, New Jersey on FloFootball. Reigning Pennsylvania 6A champ St. Joseph’s Prep enters the game ranked No. 11 in the High School Football America 300 national rankings, powered by NFL Play Football, plays Don Bosco Prep, ranked No. 106 this week.

SJP is loaded with FBS talent, led by Class of 2024 quarterback Samaj Jones, who has given his verbal to Cincinnati. 3-star senior wide receiver Brandon Rehmann will head to West Virginia after his time with the Hawks.

On defense, senior cornerback Omillio Agard is considered the eighth best overall college football prospect in the state. He’s given his verbal to Wisconsin.

The defense is also bolstered by three, 3-star juniors — DL Maxwell Roy and linebackers Anthony Sacca and Cameron Smith.

St. Joe brings a 2-1 mark into the contest with its only loss coming against No. 4 IMG Academy (Florida).

Don Bosco is 1-2 with both losses coming against nationally-ranked opponents — No. 94 St. Joseph Regional (Montvale, New Jersey) and No. 104 Archbishop Spalding (Maryland).

The Ironmen feature the state’s top Class of 2024 talent in Jordan Thomas. The 4-star defensive lineman has given his verbal to two-time national champ Georgia.

Senior linebacker Jayden Brown is a Syracuse-recruit.
