There are no changes in the High School Football America Florida Top 25 high school football rankings after the first round of the 2023 playoffs. However, the regional semifinals will shake-up next week’s rankings, powered by NFL Play Football.
There are three head-to-head Top 25 matchups this weekend with the winners playing on and the losers going home until 2024.

In the uber-tough 2M classification, No. 7 Miami Central plays No. 19 Booker T. Washington (Miami). Back on September 8, Central beat BTW 38-28. The winner moves on to the Region 4 final against the winner of No. 6 Norland and Monsignor Pace.
How tough is 2M? In addition to the aforementioned teams, the class also includes No. 5 American Heritage (Plantation) and and No. 25 Cardinal Gibbons. In addition, there are two other teams ranked in the HSFA 300 national rankings — No. 226 Raines and No. 234 Riverside (Jacksonville).
In Region 3M this week, No. 8 Edgewater faces No. 9 Jones (Orlando). Like Central and BTW, this one is a rematch from the regular season. On September 14, Edgewater won 31-14.
The third Top 25 head-to-head is in 4S where No. 15 Treasure Coast plays No. 20 Vero Beach.
