HSFA Pennsylvania Top 25 high school football rankings - Week 7

The up-and-down season for reigning 5A champ Pine-Richland is up this week after handing Pittsburgh Central Catholic its first loss of the season. The Rams move up five spots to No. 15 in the latest High School Football America Pennsylvania Top 25 high school football rankings after their 26-19 victory.

Pine-Richland is now 4-3 after starting the season ranked No. 2 in our preseason statewide rankings. The loss drops PCC from No. 4 to No. 10 in the latest rankings, powered by N FL Play Football.

Pittsburgh Central Catholic will try to get back into the win column this week when it plays No. 14 Penn Hills.

In another Top 25 head-to-head this week, No. 6 State College plays No. 12 Harrisburg.

Two teams enter the rankings this week — Belle Vernon at No. 23 and McKeesport at No. 24.
