Brother Rice shakes-up the latest High School Football America Illinois Top 10 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. The unranked Crusaders beat Mount Carmel (Chicago) 16-13, dropping the Caravan from No. 2 to No. 3 this week.

Nazareth Academy is up two spots to No. 7 this week. The Roadrunners move comes after their 45-21 win over former No. 5 St. Rita in Chicago Catholic League/East Suburban Catholic Conference Green Division matchup.

St. Rita, which drops to No. 8, is now tied at the top of the division with Nazareth Academy and St. Francis atop the Green Division. All three have one league loss.
