With all of the 6A teams on the sidelines, only two teams in the High School Football America Indiana Top 10 played over the weekend.

Defending 5A state champ Cathedral opened the postseason with a shutout win over Terre Haute North Vigo to improve to 9-1. Aside from it’s No. 2 ranking in the statewide rankings, the Fighting Irish is also currently ranked No. 28 in the High School Football America 100 national rankings powered by NFL Play Football.

No. 7 Roncalli moved-on in the 4A playoffs by beating Western 47-8. This week, the Royals will face Lebanon.
