Iona Prep starts 2022 in the same spot it ended 2021, at the top of the High School Football America New York Top 10, powered by NFL Play Football. The Gaels are also ranked-highly nationally. They are No. 74 in the Preseason High School Football America 100.

Falling-in behind IP is St. Francis (Hamburg) at No. 2, Archbishop Stepinac at No. 3, St. Anthony’s at No. 4 and Monsignor Farrell at No. 5.
