With every high school football team in Iowa eligible for the postseason this year, the state’s six classification brackets will look a bit different.
Teams have been placed in 16 pods for the first two rounds. The pod champions will advance to the third round, at which time, the Iowa High School Athletic Association will re-bracket the fields for the 3rd and quarterfinal rounds.

The state championships are set for November 19 and 20 at the UNI-Dome at the University of Northern Iowa.
