Bettendorf, which spent a few weeks in the High School Football America Iowa Top 10, pulled-off Friday night’s biggest surprise in the quarterfinal round of the Class 4A playoffs. The Bulldogs beat No. 5 Cedar Falls 24-14 to advance to next week’s state semifinals against Cedar Rapids Kennedy.
