It will be No. 1 vs. No. 2 in Iowa’s Class 4A state championship game. Top-ranked West Des Moines Valley will play six-time defending champ Dowling Catholic at the UNI-Dome. No. 2 DC lost to Valley 29-22 during their regular season matchup.
In the 3A final, defending champ West Dubuque, ranked No. 3 in the Iowa Top 10, will play Solon, which breaks into the statewide rankings at No. 9.
