Raines High School head coach Donovan Masline is the Week 3 Coach of the Week for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Masline, a Raines alum, is in his third season as the program’s head coach.

At 2-1, Raines is currently ranked No. 221 in the High School Football America 300, powered by NFL Play Football.

The COTW award is presented by Whataburger.
