For the first time since November 2019, there’s a new No. 1 in Florida high school football.

Jesuit moves to No. 1 in the High School Football America Florida Top 25, powered by NFL Play Football, after IMG Academy lost to St. Frances Academy. IMG, the 2020 High School Football America national champs, had stayed at the top of our statewide rankings since losing to St. Frances in 2019.

IMG drops to No. 3 while Jesuit and St. Thomas Aquinas move to No. 1 and No. 2 respectively.

There are three new teams in the rankings this week — Lake Gibson at No. 23, Gulliver Prep at No. 24 and Tampa Bay Tech at No. 25.
