Desert Oasis High School (Las Vegas, NV) has openings for assistant coaches at all levels of the program.  Desert Oasis is a 5A school coming off an 8-4 season under first year Head Coach Matt Rosdahl.
Desert Oasis High School is located in the Southern Highlands area (SW Las Vegas) in the southern foothills of the Las Vegas Valley, about 15 minutes from the Strip, and is a sought-after destination for those seeking tranquility and sophistication in Las Vegas.  It is an area known for its excellent schools, gorgeous parks and trails, large amounts of outdoor space, fun events, world-class golf, and convenient access to the airport and the Strip.
We are seeking best fit coaches for our Varsity/JV program with the most pressing needs being coaches with experience working with OL and WR’s.  We will always consider dedicated coaches with experience in other areas.  There are potential opportunities for leadership roles at the JV level, including head coach and/or coordinator roles.  We are also seeking quality FR coaches, including all leadership roles.  This is a tremendous opportunity for younger coaches.  we have both stipend and volunteer opportunities available.
Projected teaching openings include but may not be limited to: English, Social Studies, Theatre, Math, Spanish, Biology, and Special Education.  There also may be non-teaching openings in the building as well.
If interested please send a letter of interest and your resume to Coach Rosdahl at rosdamm@nv.ccsd.net.  More detailed district employment information can be found at the CCSD website.  Teaching jobs are posted on the district website.
