Penn Manor High School is looking for a head football coach

Penn Manor School District is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Head Football Coach for the 2024-2025 school year.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of football strategy, rules, and techniques. They will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing effective practice plans
• Designing and executing game strategies
• Mentoring and motivating student-athletes
• Fostering a positive and supportive team culture
• Adhering to all district and league regulations
• Overseeing and managing the entire football program from grades 7-12

Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school or college level
• Strong knowledge of football rules, regulations, and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with student-athletes, parents, community and staff
