Wagoner Public Schools seeks a passionate and experienced Head Football Coach to lead our championship-winning football program.
Wagoner is proud of its rich football tradition, including multiple state championships and a reputation for excellence on and off the field. We’re looking for a leader committed to maintaining this legacy while fostering the academic, athletic, and personal growth of our student-athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the high school football program, including player development, coaching staff management, and program administration
Uphold and build upon Wagoner’s successful tradition, including multiple OSSAA State Championships
Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic success among student-athletes
Collaborate with school administrators to ensure compliance with district and OSSAA policies Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a valid Oklahoma teaching certificate
Proven coaching experience, with a record of success at the high school or collegiate level; head coaching experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience, with a full benefits package offered by Wagoner Public Schools
