The road to an Ohio Division high school football championship is loaded with plenty of talented teams. All four of this weekend’s regional championships feature head-to-head matchups in the High School Football America Ohio Top 25 powered by NFL Play Football.

Headlining the state quarterfinals is the game between top-ranked St. Edward and No. 8 Medina. It will be a rematch of last year’s second round playoff game in which Medina upset, the then No. 1 St. Ed.

Division I Regional Championships

  • Region 1 – No. 1 St. Edward vs. No. 8 Medina
