LaMoure-Litchville/Marion wins North Dakota 9-man high school football title

LaMoure-Litchville/Marion defeated Cavalier 42-14 on Friday to win their first football state championship since 1991.

Senior quarterback Corban Potts was a dual-threat for LaMoure-Litchville/Marion rushing for 49 yards and three touchdowns while also throwing for 154 yards and touchdown.

Cavalier senior quarterback Brysen Cleem led the way for the Tornadoes throwing for 149 yards and two touchdowns.

LaMoure-Litchville/Marion finishes with a perfect 12-0 season, while Cavalier ends the season 11-1.
