Six Nevada high school football teams will have the thrill of a lifetime when they play for a state championship Thursday at Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders.
Below is the schedule for the 5A, 4A, and 3A title games.
2022 Nevada High School Football Championships at Allegiant Stadium
5A – Bishop Gorman vs. McQueen
4A – Silverado vs. Shadow Ridge
3A – Moapa Valley vs. Virgin Valley
2A – Yerington vs. The Meadows
In the 5A championship game, Bishop Gorman will be going after its 11th straight title in 13 years when it plays McQueen. Gorman is ranked No. 1 in the High School Football America Nevada Top 10, powered by NFL Play Football. McQueen is ranked No. 5 in the latest statewide Top 10 that is created with our proprietary algorithm.
The 4A championship game features No. 4 Silverado taking-on No. 7 Shadow Ridge.
The 3A title tilt features Moapa Valley playing Virgin Valley.
The 2A championship game features defending 2019 state champ Yerington taking-on The Meadows.
