There’s a new #1 in the High School Football America Southern California Top 25.  Mater Dei jumps from #2 to the top spot after St. John Bosco lost to Bishop Gorman (Nevada) on Friday.  The Monarchs are also currently ranked #3 in our national rankings.

Friday night, Mater Dei will square-off against #20 Upland in one of six Top 25 match-ups this weekend.

There’s only one new team in the poll this week — Charter Oak, which enters at #25.  Former #23 Palos Verdes drops-out after its loss to #5 Narbonne.
