McCallie and Lipscomb Academy enter the High School Football America Tennessee Top 10

McCallie is back in the High School Football America Tennessee Top 10 at No. 9. This week in the Division II AAA semifinals, the Blue Tornado will face No. 2 Brentwood Academy. In the other semifinal, No. 6 Montgomery Bell Academy takes-on No. 7 Memphis University School.

Lipscomb Academy, who is led by former NFL quarterback Trent Dilfer, is making its first-ever appearance in our Top 10. The Mustangs will play in this weekend’s Division II AA state semifinals.

On the national scene, the top four teams in the statewide rankings are ranked in the High School Football America 100 national high school football rankings. Defending 6A state champ Maryville leads the way at No. 13, followed by Brentwood Academy at No. 27, Oakland at No. 39 and Alcoa at No. 65.
