Trish Hoffman’s love of sports and business began at a very young age. While in grade school, she vividly remembers her grandfather taking her to her first Chicago Cubs game at Wrigley Field. Around that same time she was studying ballet, which led her into competing in gymnastics.
Her father is her inspiration in the business world. She began working for her father’s packaging company at 14-years old, the same year that she decided she would become a television news anchor. Her mother was her inspiration for becoming a news anchor.
Trish quickly became an award-winning news anchor and reporter. While most of her early years were spent on news stories, she always enjoyed doing interviews with sports figures like Charles Barkley and Andy Reid.
In 2003, Trish started her first company, Blitz Group (“Blitz”), an award-winning boutique media firm. She is known for working closely with her clients to place them at the highest-level of media, like The Wall Street Journal, CNBC and The New York Times. Her excellence in the field is evidenced by a long list of media outlet placements that have led to her clients receiving million of dollars in earned-media coverage.
A year after starting Blitz, which is a combo of a news blitz and a blitz in football, Trish co-founded High School Football America (“HSFA”) with Jeff Fisher. She was the company’s first-ever cash investor.
As the CEO of HSFA, Trish has been integral in the company’s original content deals with NFL Play Football, USA TODAY and FOX Sports Radio in Los Angeles.
