Four of the teams in the High School Football America Mid-Atlantic Region Top 10 picked-up season opening wins over the weekend, but that didn’t change things from when we released our preseason poll several weeks ago.

There’s one key match-up this week that will shape next week’s rankings.  In Kentucky, #5 Trinity will square-off with Tennessee’s Brentwood Academy, ranked #7 in the region.  Both teams are ranked in our national Top 50.

#6 St. John’s College High School will be tested this weekend when it takes-on Pittsburgh Central Catholic (Pennsylvania), the #1 team in the East Region and #11 nationally.  SJC is ranked #39 nationally.
