Good Counsel (Maryland) and McDonogh (Maryland), two mainstays in this year’s High School Football America Mid-Atlantic Region Top 10, have dropped-out of the regional rankings for the first time this year.  Their exits opens the door for the re-entry of Archbishop Spalding (Maryland) at #8 and Gonzaga (Washington, D.C.) at #9.
