It was a calm week during the first round of the playoffs for the teams in the teams High School Football America Texas Top 25 powered by NFL Play Football.

Barbers Hill’s upset of previously undefeated Fort Bend Marshall, ranked No. 20 at game time, shakes-up the bottom part of the statewide rankings. The Buffalos fall-out of the latest rankings, which allows Dickinson to enter at No. 25.
