New Mexico high school football spring season begins

High school football in New Mexico is back! After moving high school football in the spring due to the coronavirus pandemic, a shortened regular season begins with ten games of Friday and 29 on Saturday.

In all, 85 schools are participating this springs, which is about 40 less than usual. Teams are allowed to play a maximum of five games and there will not be a postseason
