Lakeville South’s 12-0 shutout of arch-rival No. 5 Lakeville North moves the Chargers to No. 2 in the latest High School Football America Minnesota Top 10 powered by NFL Play Football. It also sets-up a No. 1 vs. No. 2 showdown between LS and top-ranked Eden Prairie on Friday.

Right behind that game is the showdown between No. 3 St. Michael-Albertville vs. No. 4 Wayzata.

On Thursday night, Lakeville North, which dropped to No. 8, will try to rebound against No. 6 Rosemount.

New to the Top 10 this week is Shakopee at No. 9 and Andover at No. 10. Andover makes into the statewide rankings by knocking-off former No. 8 Elk River 28-13.
