The High School Football America algorithm had Calabasas and Valencia neck-and-neck entering Thursday night’s game. Valencia entered the game ranked No. 11 in our Southern California Top 25, while Calabasas was No. 12.

Those rankings will change when we release our new Top 25 on Sunday after Calabasas won a 65-63 shootout with the Vikings. Sophomore quarterback Jaden Casey led the way with a school-record eight touchdown passes and 553 yards passing, according to the Ventura County Star.

Also according to the VC Star, there was 1,400 in total offense with over 1,000 yards in passing.
