No. 18 Miami Columbus beats No. 118 Apopka in OT for Florida 4M high school football championship

For the second time in four year’s Miami’s Columbus High School is a Florida high school football state champ. Saturday night, the Explorers, ranked No. 18 in the High School Football America 300 national rankings, powered by NFL Play Football, beat No. 118 Apopka 16-13 in overtime to win the Class 4M state title.

After Apopka put a field goal on the board after the first possession in OT, Columbus got the game-winner.
