The last out-of-state opponent (OOS) to beat Southern California-power St. John Bosco was St. Thomas Aquinas in 2017. Saturday, on national television, Bosco, No. 2 in the High School Football America 300 national rankings, powered by NFL Play Football, extended its OOS win streak to 16 with a 20-7 win over the four-time reigning Florida state champs.

Senior quarterback Caleb Sanchez, 2022 High School Football America Academic All-American, threw for 340 yards and two touchdowns in the victory.
