Christian Brothers College’s run of state championships is over. Liberty North routed the two-time defending state champs 38-7 to win the 2023 Missouri Class 6 high school football title.

CBC scored the game’s first points, but after that, it was all Liberty North, which won its first-ever state football championship.

Both teams entered the game ranked in the High School Football America 300 national rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. Liberty North entered the championship game at No. 251. CBC was ranked No. 107.
