No. 72 Imhotep Charter wins Pennsylvania 5A high school football title

Imhotep Charter snapped a five-game losing streak in Pennsylvania state championship games on Friday at Chapman Field at Cumberland Valley High School. The Panthers, ranked No. 72 in the High School Football America 300 national rankings, powered by NFL Play Football, beat Peters Township 38-13 for the Class 5A state championship.

Imhotep, which entered the game 1-6 in state title games, now owns two state titles. The other one was won in 2015.
