Booker T. Washington (Miami), ranked No. 74 in our national rankings, rebounded from last week’s loss to No. 44 Northwestern with a 42-0 shutout of Miami Edison on Wednesday.

No. 94 Carol City (2-1) won its second straight Wednesday night beating Hialeah-Miami Lakes 55-0.  After suffering a season-opening 6-2 loss to No. 93 Deerfield Beach, the Chiefs, who are the defending 6A state champs, have won by a score of 103-0.
