Aledo extended its state record for Texas high school football championships to 11 on Saturday af AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys. The Bearcats, ranked No. 99 in the High School Football America 300 national rankings, powered by NFL Play Football, had no problems in 52-8 win over No. 280 College Station.

Aledo junior quarterback Hauss Hejny tossed two touchdown passes and also ran for a pair.
