With seven of the Top 10 teams on the sideline with byes during the first round of the postseason, there are no changes in the latest statewide rankings powered by NFL Play Football. The High School Football America Louisiana Top 10 is created with our proprietary algorithm.

In the 5A playoffs, No. 4 Acadiana, No. 7 Jesuit and No. 10 Neville picked-up first round playoff victories.

The most interesting game this week will be in the Division I quarterfinals where No. 9 C.E. Byrd will face unranked Brother Martin. The Crusaders had be ranked as high as No. 2, but fell after it had to forfeit its first five games for using an ineligible player.
