North Crowley finishes 2024 as the No. 1 team in the High School Football America Texas Top 25 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. It’s the first time in 13-year history of our rankings that the Panthers have claime the top spot at the end of the season.
In addition to the No. 1 state ranking, the 6A Division I state champs finished No. 6 in our national rankings.
Duncanville, which had its run of two straight 6A-I championships end by North Crowley, finishes No. 2 in the state in our rankings created with our proprietary algorithm.
6A Division I runner-up Westlake finishes No. 3, followed by North Shore at No. 4 and Atascocita at No. 5.
Class 6A Division II Vandegrift finishes No. 6, followed by the team they beat for the state crown, Southlake Carroll at No. 7.
Filling out the Top 10 at No. 8 is Allen, Lake Travis at No. 9 and Coppell at No. 10. Coppell’s only loss (35-24) was against North Crowley in the third round of the playoffs.
