There’s a shuffle at #3, #4 and #5 in the latest High School Football America Northeast Region Top 10 rankings.

La Salle, which won its third straight Ohio Division II title over the weekend, moves-up one spot to #4. Ohio Division I champ St. Xavier also moves one spot to #5 after beating former #4 St. Ignatius in double overtime Friday night. St. Ignatius drops two spots to #6 this week.

On Saturday, #1 St. Joseph’s Prep will play #7 Pittsburgh Central Catholic for the Pennsylvania Class 6A state title in Hershey.
