Oak Grove wins fourth Louisiana high school football title in 5 years

Oak Grove continues to dominate Louisiana’s Division IV non-select division. Thursday, at Caesars Superdome, home of the New Orleans Saints, the Tigers routed Haynesville 62-36 for its fourth state title in the last five years.

Quarterback Jackson Bradley, a Louisiana Tech-recruit, ran the ball for 211 yards and three touchdowns. He was named the game’s Most Outstanding Player award. Running back Jay Freeman also ran for three scores. He amassed 173 on 23 carries.
