Bert Bathiany is the new head football coach at Ohio-power Archbishop Moeller. Bathiany spent last season as the head coach at Lexington Catholic in Kentucky, which came on the heels of three years at the defensive coordinator at Tiffin University.

Biathiany takes-over for Mark Elder, who resigned early last month. Elder was 27-12 in three season, leading Moeller to two straight Division I state semifinals. Last year, the Crusaders finished No. 39 in the High School Football America 300 national rankings, powered by NFL Play Football.
