There’s a lot of shuffling in the first in-season High School Football America Ohio Top 25 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football.

Winton Woods is the biggest mover. The Warriors move 14 spots to No. 10 after taking down preseason No. 6 Springfield 16-6. The loss dropped the Wildcats seven spots to No. 13.

Lakota West is a five spot mover to No. 8 after beating No. 9 St. Xavier 17-13.

Groveport-Madison and Olentangy Liberty break into the Week 1 Top 25.

G-M sits at No. 18 after beating preseason No. 15 Hilliard Bradley 28-7. The Cruisers will test that ranking this week against No. 11 Lincoln (Gahanna).

Olentangy breaks in at No. 25. This week, the Patriots play two-time reigning state champ Glenville. The Tarblooders, who move one spot to No. 7 after beating No. 19 Upper Arlington 6-0.

No. 2 St. Edward, the state’s three-time reigning Division I champs, has a big interstate matchup against two-time reigning Pennsylvania 6A champ St. Joseph’s Prep. Both teams are highly-ranked in the HSFA 300 national rankings.

St. Ed is currently ranked No. 14 in America after opening with a 28-0 win over preseason No. 14 Pickerington North, which falls a notch to No. 15. SJP is ranked No. 17 in the HSFA 300.
