No. 2 Massillon Washington brings a two-game win streak in the series into the game against No. 1 St. Edward. The Tigers won last year’s game 15-13. They won the 2022 game at St. Ed 31-28.
Massillon leads the all-time series with five wins in nine matchups.
As far as the latest statewide rankings, it’s a fairly quiet week. Olentangy Berlin is the big mover this week. The Bears move six spots to No. 12 after a 22-21 win over Olentangy Liberty, which drops from No. 12 to No. 13 in the rankings created with our proprietary algorithm.
