While High School Football America doesn’t hand-out Player of the Week honors, if we did, Orange Lutheran wide receiver Stan Berryhill would be a front-runner.  Friday night, against Mullen, our top team in the Colorado Top 10, Berryhill caught a touchdown pass, threw a touchdown pass on a flea-flicker, plus returned a kickoff and a punt for touchdowns in a 49-33 win.

OLu sophomore quarterback Ryan Hilinski threw two touchdown passes for the Lancers, who close-out the non-league portion of their schedule with a 3-2 record.  Hilinski also ran for a score.

Orange Lutheran, ranked #17 in the latest High School Football America SoCal Top 25, now has a bye week before opening Trinity League play against against JSerra on October 7th.
